Ghidului solicitantului. Condiţii specifice de accesare a fondurilor pentru apelul de proiecte nr. POR/2018/1/1.1.B./1. Axa prioritară 1, Prioritatea de investiții 1.1, Operațiunea B – Sprijinirea parcurilor tehnologice și științifice. Programul Operaţional Regional 2014-2020 conține informațiile specifice necesare în vederea deschiderii apelului de proiecte POR/2018/1/1.1.B./1 referitoare la specificitatea proiectelor, modalitatea de completare și de depunere a cererii de finanțare, condiții de eligibilitate, criterii de evaluare, o descriere a etapelor de verificare, evaluare, contractare a proiectelor.
În 05 aprilie 2017, Ministerul Dezvoltării Regionale, Administrației Publice și Fondurilor Europene (MDRAPFE) a emis Ordinul pentru modificarea ”Ghidului Solicitantului - Condiții specifice de accesare a fondurilor aprobat prin ordinul viceprim-ministrului, ministrului dezvoltării regionale și administrației publice nr 3161/2016”, ce conţine condiţii specifice pentru accesarea fondurilor în cadrul priorităţii de investiţii 6.1. Astfel, principalele modificări prevăd:
Autoritatea de Management pentru Programul Operaţional Regional (POR) a publicat, în data de 31 iulie a.c., în consultare publică, Ghidul Solicitantului - Condiții specifice de accesare a fondurilor în cadrul Axei prioritare 2 ”Îmbunătăţirea competitivităţii întreprinderilor mici şi mijlocii”, Prioritatea de investiție 2.1 ”Promovarea spiritului antreprenorial, în special prin facilitarea exploatării economice a ideilor noi și prin încurajarea creării de noi întreprinderi, inclusiv prin incubatoare de afaceri” – Apelul de proiecte 2.1.A. – Microîntreprinderi.
Deși perioada dedicată consultării s-a finalizat în data de 30 august, AMPOR a primit, în continuare, numeroase propuneri, observații și întrebări pe marginea condițiilor de accesare a finanțării de către microîntreprinderi, în cadrul acestui apel de proiecte. Dat fiind acest considerent, în cadrul documentului anexat la prezentul comunicat de presă sunt incluse răspunsurile la solicitările de clarificări/observații/propuneri/întrebări primite în perioada 30.08.2015-12.11.2015.Mulțumim tuturor celor care au participat la consultarea publică.
Ghidul solicitantului este în curs de definitivare, urmând ca forma finală a acestuia să fie publicată de îndată ce toate condițiile necesare lansării apelului de proiecte sunt îndeplinite.

On Tuesday, 19 March, in Brussels, Deputy Prime Minister Liviu Dragnea, Minister of Regional Development and Public Administration, discussed with Johannes Hahn, Commissioner for Regional Policy, about how regionalisation could improve the use of European funds in Romania.
Johannes Hahn welcomed the initiative to start such a process and showed interest in its future evolution. The Commissioner pointed out that the main goal to be considered in the design and implementation of this process should be the effective raising of European funds, so that Romanian citizens benefit from the investments financed by the European Union.
On Tuesday, 19 March, in Brussels, Deputy Prime Minister Liviu Dragnea, Minister of Regional Development and Public Administration, presented to the full Committee on Regional Development (REGI) of the European Parliament the state of Romania's regionalisation-decentralisation process.
"My message as Deputy Prime Minister is that Romania has the ability to learn from past mistakes and we want to be very well prepared for the fund absorption race, on 1 January 2014. Regionalisation is not an end in itself, the ultimate goal of the process is to set up functional structures. The current development regions mostly work in parallel with the counties. They have no own regional identity, no decisional power, no competencies, cannot manage projects, cannot ensure a democratic representation of local communities," Dragnea said in the Committee.
Deputy Prime Minister Liviu Dragnea, Minister of Regional Development and Public Administration, announced today the objectives of the ministry for the Regional Operational Programme 2007-2013 (ROP). The statement was made in Pitesti, on the occasion of the signature of two new contracts financed under the ROP, managed by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration (MRDPA).

Today, January 29, at the headquarters of the ministry, Deputy Prime Minister Liviu Dragnea, Minister of Regional Development and Public Administration, signed 27 contracts financed by European funds, under the Regional Operational Programme 2007-2013, for projects in 14 counties.
The Regional Operational Programme 2007-2013, managed by the MRDPA, will finance the flyover intended to solve traffic problems in the north of Ploiesti municipality. Thus, a yaw-type flyover will be built on County Road DJ102, as well as the links with National Road DN1B, through multi-level slip roads.
